All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping methods to fit your needs:

5. Customs, Duties & International Taxes

6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect real-time movement, especially during weekends or holidays.
7. Delays, Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is delayed, missing, or lost in transit, please contact us with your order number. We will assist in locating the package and, if necessary, file a claim with the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
